There’s nothing to explain in these works – you either like them or you don’t. Of course, I’d love for people to like them, but if not, that’s okay too. I don’t always understand art myself – especially art speak.I work with food-based materials on cellulose boards. I arrived at this through experimentation, following my curiosity, and failing often. I’m fascinated by how colors shift, how the cellulose absorbs reactions, and how the outcome is always unpredictable.Once completed, the physical pieces will be destroyed, allowing only the digital remnants to remain. The Leftovers—a collection of NFTs—will be presented on OpenSea, each capturing the essence of the physical work, alongside information about how it was destroyed.
